  • Show you how to find the best buy in the neighborhood of your choice.
  • Immediate notification of new listings in your target area.
  • Show you any property presently on the market place, regardless of which real estate company has it listed or advertised.
  • Assist you with properties currently listed as "For Sale By Owner".
  • Research properties not yet on the open market in your chosen neighborhoods.
  • Provide comparables for any property under your consideration.
  • Explain all purchase documents and all required disclosures.
  • Include contingency clauses in your contract for your protection.
  • Negotiate the transaction on your behalf.
  • Recommend the best inspection, title, lending, repair & contracting companies for your needs.
    Be present at all property inspections.
  • Be with you throughout every step of the closing process and provide utility information, calendar of important dates, etc.
  • Deliver the keys to your new home!
