- Show you how to find the best buy in the neighborhood of your choice.
- Immediate notification of new listings in your target area.
- Show you any property presently on the market place, regardless of which real estate company has it listed or advertised.
- Assist you with properties currently listed as "For Sale By Owner".
- Research properties not yet on the open market in your chosen neighborhoods.
- Provide comparables for any property under your consideration.
- Explain all purchase documents and all required disclosures.
- Include contingency clauses in your contract for your protection.
- Negotiate the transaction on your behalf.
- Recommend the best inspection, title, lending, repair & contracting companies for your needs.
- Be present at all property inspections.
- Be with you throughout every step of the closing process and provide utility information, calendar of important dates, etc.
- Deliver the keys to your new home!
